Amid the rising dog attack, another disturbing video of stray dog attack surfaced on social media where a two stray dogs attacking a young boy on a quiet residential street. The clips shows child being chased by a dogs, while he his screaming for help by calling Papa. This video has triggered a concern among the locals.  According to reports, this incident occurred in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 

CCTV footage shows two stray dogs chasing and attacking a boy walking alone. The child fell to the ground, defenseless and crying for help, as the dogs continued their assault.

A man intervened, chasing the dogs away and preventing a potentially fatal outcome. It's unclear if the attack was provoked, fueling concern among residents and social media users. The video created a concern about the safety and has demanded stricter action on stray dog management.
