A young man from Delhi suffered serious injuries after slipping on snow near Chandrashila while trekking on the Tungnath Temple route. The incident occurred in the high-altitude region, where treacherous snow-covered paths pose a significant risk to travelers.

Upon receiving information about the accident, the Uttarakhand State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) swiftly launched a rescue operation.
