CIDCO Housing Lottery 2025: 12,000 Flats Expected Ahead of Akshaya Tritiya

On the occasion of Akshay Tritiya CIDCO has begun preliminary planning to announce a new housing scheme. According to source from relevant department the scheme is expected to include around 12,000 homes, along with unsold houses from various divisions. Recently, CIDCO had launched a scheme for 26,000 houses. However, the response was not as expected. Customers have raised concerns about the high prices of these homes.

Only about 18,000 customers responded to the scheme, leaving nearly 7,000 houses unsold. A majority of these unsold homes are located in the Taloja node. Additionally, several homes from previous schemes also remain unsold due to various reasons.

Sources have revealed that CIDCO has decided to include all these unsold homes along with the new 12,000 homes in the upcoming scheme to be announced on Akshaya Tritiya.
