Navi Mumbai: The computerised lottery draw for CIDCO’s “My Preferred CIDCO Home” housing scheme will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Raigad Estate, Phase I, Plot No. 1, Sector-28, Taloja Panchanand, Panvel, Raigad-410208. The draw will be live-streamed on CIDCO’s official website for transparency and accessibility.

Launched on October 12, 2024, the “My Preferred CIDCO Home” scheme offered 26,000 tenements under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low-Income Group) categories, in line with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The tenements are located in Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Kharghar East (Taloja), Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli nodes of Navi Mumbai.

A key highlight of the scheme was the freedom of applicants to select up to 15 tenements of their choice, making it one of the most flexible housing schemes introduced by CIDCO. The initiative received an overwhelming response from homebuyers.

The lottery draw results will be available online for applicants to view from the comfort of their homes. Interested individuals can check the results by logging into their CIDCO Homes account on cidcohomes.com. The final list of successful applicants will also be published on cidcohomes.com.
