The Navi Mumbai-based City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) will announce the draw today (February 19) for 26,000 flats constructed under the 'My Preferred CIDCO Home' scheme for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories as part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
The flats are available for winners of the Navi Mumbai CIDCO Lottery draw 2024 across Navi Mumbai, including in Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Taloja, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli. CIDCO has already published his final list of valid applicants on its official website, which mentioned over 21,000 names of eligible applicants.

CIDCO will announce the result for its 'My Preferred CIDCO Home' computerised lottery between 2 pm and 4 pm on Wednesday. To ensure transparency between officials and citizens, the event will be live-streamed on CIDCO's official YouTube channel and website.

Applicants can watch the live streaming on cidcohomes.com or check their results by logging into their CIDCO Home account. Draw results will also be screened at the various centres of CIDCO Experience located in Taloja (Kharghar East), Khandeshwar, and Kharghar, Panvel (Raigad). Citizen can watch and check their results at these centres. Earlier, the CIDCO Result was postponed, and a new date was announced due to Shiv Jayanti celebrations. Initially, the date of the Navi Mumbai CIDCO lottery was February 15, 2025, at 11 am, but the date and time were rescheduled to February 19, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
