Navi Mumbai: There will be no water supply on April 9 in the areas of Dronagiri, JNPT, Ulwe, Kharghar, and Taloja, as well as all villages along the Hetawne water supply line, due to urgent repair and maintenance work. CIDCO will undertake the repair and maintenance of the pipeline.

The shutdown will begin at 6:00 AM on April 9 and continue until 6:00 AM on April 10. Water supply will resume thereafter, but with low pressure for the following 24 hours.

The disruption is due to emergency maintenance work at the Hetawne Water Treatment Plant and the associated water supply line.

CIDCO has requested all residents in the affected areas to store adequate water in advance and use it judiciously during the disruption.
