There will be no water supply across Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) jurisdiction and some CIDCO-administered areas on Friday, March 28, due to urgent repairs on a water leakage in the Morbe main pipeline at Belapur.

Residents of Belapur, Nerul, Vashi, Turbhe, Sanpada, Kopar Khairane, Ghansoli, and Airoli under NMMC, as well as Kamothe and Kharghar under CIDCO, will experience a water outage on Friday. NMMC will carry out these emergency repairs at Sector 28 in Belapur.

As a result, the water supply from the main pipeline will be completely shut down for seven hours, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

According to NMMC’s Water Supply Department, on Saturday, March 29, 2025, water supply is expected to resume, but at low pressure. Meanwhile, residents are urged to use water sparingly and cooperate with the municipal corporation during this period.
