The Adah Sharma starrer 'The Kerala Story' has had a phenomenal opening weekend at the box office, with its Day 3 figures surpassing the previous two days. The movie, released on May 5th, 2023, has gained traction and is on track to becoming a major hit this year.

On the opening day, the movie received a positive response, leading exhibitors to increase the number of shows in cinema halls on Saturday and Sunday. However, some theaters in Tamil Nadu and other states canceled the screening due to the movie's controversial nature. Despite this, 'The Kerala Story' was declared tax-free in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
