Benefits of onion-garlic peels

You must have used many vegetable and fruit peels like red pumpkin peel, watermelon peel, and so on.

Onion and garlic peel can be used for tea. The bark is boiled in hot water and its extract can be drunk like green tea. This tea will taste harsh but it will be good for health. Just remember to wash the skin and use it only if it is organic

Onion and garlic peels can be used as fertilizer for plants. For that keep the bark in water overnight and the next day remove the bark and pour the water on the plants. Plants will grow rapidly. Because that water has properties like calcium, iron, magnesium etc.

Onions can be used to give hair a golden brown color. For this, take water in a pot and boil onion skins in it for half an hour. Now massage the clean hair with this prepared onion water and wash the head after half an hour.

These salts can also be used to relieve itching on the skin. Dip onion or garlic peel in water and apply it on the skin. The itching will subside and relieve quickly.

If you feel muscle cramps, soak onion peels in water for 10 to 15 minutes and strain them. Drink this water like tea before sleeping. This will remove muscle complaints.
