CoronaVirus Updates: 9,119 new corona infections recorded in the country; What is the current situation in the state?

In the last 24 hours, 9,119 new corona cases have been reported across the country and 396 patients had died, the health department reported.

A total of 960 new cases of the corona were diagnosed in the state on Wednesday, with 41 deaths reported from infected patients. So far 1043 patients have recovered and gone home and so far a total of 64,78,422 patients have overcome corona. At present, there are 9,366 active patients in the state.

According to the health department, the state has a cure rate of 97.68 percent and a mortality rate of 2.12 percent. Of the 6,49,51,994 samples tested so far, 10.21 percent have tested positive.

84,261 persons are home quarantined and 1084 persons are in Institutional Quarantine in the State. The total number of coronary heart disease patients in the state is 66,32,257 and the death toll is 1 lakh 40 thousand 807.
