The risk of heart disease is increasing rapidly due to poor diet and deteriorating lifestyle. That is why the number of deaths due to heart attacks is increasing rapidly all over the world. Problems like age, weight gain, and stress are also major causes of a heart attack.

Insomnia is also associated with an increased risk of heart attack or stroke, which is more common among women. Anxiety and or stress is a big reason behind insomnia. Symptoms include difficulty starting to sleep, difficulty maintaining sleep and waking up early in the morning.

Lack of breath is a major symptom of a heart attack. Heart attacks occur frequently between men and women up to 6 months before they occur. This is usually a warning sign of a medical condition.

Hair loss is considered a major risk factor for heart disease. It usually affects more than 50 men, but some women may be involved.

Abnormal fatigue is one of the main symptoms of a heart attack. Women are more likely than men to have this type of symptom. Physical or mental activity does not cause fatigue. This symptom is quite obvious which is ignored.
