The risk of heart disease is increasing rapidly due to poor diet and deteriorating lifestyle. That is why the number of deaths due to heart attacks is increasing rapidly all over the world. Problems like age, weight gain, and stress are also major causes of a heart attack.

Insomnia is also associated with an increased risk of heart attack or stroke, which is more common among women. Anxiety and or stress is a big reason behind insomnia. Symptoms include difficulty starting to sleep, difficulty maintaining sleep and waking up early in the morning.
