To open the blocked nose, smearing mustard oil on the finger will open the nose immediately. Roast the ajwain after heating it and tie it in a bundle and smell it, it opens the blocked nose.

Steaming is the best way to get rid of a blocked nose. Heat water in a vessel and put some ajwain in it. Take steam from this water and cover your head with a towel. Mint leaves can also be added in place of carom seeds.

Due to weakness in the body, the nose can also be blocked again and again. For this, grind 100 grams almonds, 20 grams black pepper and 50 grams sugar together. Eat 1 teaspoon of this powder with lukewarm milk before sleeping.
