Home remedies to get rid of problems like hair fall and dandruff

If you are facing a hair fall problem, rub aloe vera gel on your scalp just before shampooing your hair. Mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup of water, then apply it to your scalp. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes, then wash your scalp thoroughly.

You should massage the scalp with coconut oil to get relief from dandruff. Massage the scalp with 3 to 5 teaspoons of coconut oil and then shampoo the hair after an hour.

Yogurt can be used for hair. The vitamins and minerals present in curd help in removing dandruff. Doing this once a week can be beneficial.

Fenugreek is very beneficial to avoid the problem of dandruff. Soak its grains in water for 7-8 hours and keep it. Then prepare its paste and apply it on the scalp and wash it after half an hour. This should be done at least once a week.

Rub 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in your hair, let it dry for a few minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water. After this, mix a teaspoon of lemon juice in 1 cup of water and apply it to your scalp.
