Shortness of breath is a major symptom of a heart attack. Heart attacks often occur between both men and women up to 6 months before they occur. This is usually a warning sign of a medical condition. It looks like you are not getting enough air, dizziness and shortness of breath.

Abnormal fatigue is a major symptom of a heart attack. Women are more likely to have these types of symptoms than men. Physical or mental activity does not cause fatigue. This symptom is quite obvious which is ignored.
