Clinical trials involving 2,539 overweight individuals showed significant weight loss, with an average of 21.8 kg lost by those taking a 15 mg dose and 15.4 kg lost by those taking a 5 mg dose. Over 40 weeks, trials also demonstrated a 2.4% reduction in blood sugar (A1C) levels.

It was tested on 2,539 overweight people. Those taking the high dose of 15 mg lost an average of 21.8 kg. Those taking the lowest dose of 5 mg lost an average of 15.4 kg.
