Washing the eyes with amla water or adding rose water keeps the eyes healthy. Eating soaked almonds at night and drinking water in the morning keeps the eyes healthy. It can provide relief from watery eyes, eye weakness, etc.

Soaking Triphala powder in water at night, filtering it in the morning and washing the eyes with that water can increase eyesight. Sleep by massaging mustard oil on the soles of the feet.
