Everyone knows how beneficial milk is for our health. But if some foods and milk are consumed together, it also causes many side effects. According to Ayurveda, consuming certain foods together can cause digestive problems, weight gain and skin problems.

Urad dal and milk both take time to digest. So consuming both these together can lead to gas problem. Along with that there are many foods, which can be expensive to consume with milk.

Snacks or Chips – Avoid eating chips and snacks with milk. Due to salt, the protein content in milk cannot be fully utilized. Also doing so can cause skin related problems.
