Soldiers use a special technique to get to sleep early. This leads to sleep in just two minutes. This trick is used in the US Army. During the war, when soldiers try to sleep, they get very little sleep.

The popular military method, which was first reported by Sharon Ackerman, comes from a book titled “Relax and Win: Championship Performance.” According to Ackerman, the United States Navy Pre-Flight School created a routine to help pilots fall asleep in 2 minutes or less. It took pilots about 6 weeks of practice, but it worked — even after drinking coffee and with gunfire noises in the background.

The Army Chief had devised this technique for this. So that fatigue should not be mistaken by soldiers. This trick is used to help them sleep better.

Relax your entire face, including the muscles inside your mouth. Drop your shoulders to release the tension and let your hands drop to the side of your body. Exhale, relaxing your chest. Relax your legs, thighs, and calves. Clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene. If this doesn’t work, try saying the words “don’t think” over and over for 10 seconds. Within 10 seconds, you should fall asleep!

Repeat this process 10 times. According to a report, after using this trick for 6 weeks, it has been shown to be effective for 96% of the people.

Not only the army but many people suffer from insomnia. This has a detrimental effect on efficiency. Sleep deprivation can lead to diabetes, heart disease, and loss of focus.

Three things are very important for sleep. The first is to keep the bedroom clean, the second is to keep the body relaxed, and the third is to keep the head calm. If you have different thoughts in your head, you will never be able to fall asleep.
