Welspun Group Chairman B. K. Goenka has bought this penthouse in the luxurious Three Sixty West project located on Ann Besant Road in Worli. The penthouse is located on the 63rd, 64th and 65th floors of the 'B' tower in 'Three Sixty West', sources said.

The penthouse is spread over 30,000 square feet and the transaction was reported two days ago by The Times of India. The report also said that this is the most expensive apartment ever sold in India.
