Banks provide special offers for home loans this festive season

If you are planning to buy your own house, this is the best time for you to make an investment. The country's biggest public sector bank, State Bank of India has brought lucrative offers on home loans for its customers. During this festive season, SBI is offering cheap home loans to its customers. But not just SBI, many banks are also offering cheap home loans this festive season. The good news is some banks have lowered their home loan interest rates to below seven percent giving an opportunity to home buyers to avail them. Let's look into some of these banks that are offering cheap home loans.

Bank of Baroda is giving a heavy discount on the transfer of home loans to this bank. Presently the bank is giving a discount of 0.25 percent on its home loan interest rate. The bank has also decided to waive off the processing fee on the home loans.

Punjab and Sind Bank is providing home loan at an interest rate of 6.9 percent which can go up to a maximum of 7.25 percent. The good news is that this bank is not charging a processing fee and inspection charge, which means you can save at least 10 to 15 thousand rupees.
