The state government has decided to not reopen schools till December 31, 2020. 7 / 10Schools would reopen after reviewing the situation in the last week of December on the subsequent reopening dates for schools.8 / 10Many states have also extended school closing dates till December 31 keeping the pandemic and the increasing number of cases under consideration.9 / 10Meanwhile, Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa on Monday launched the Karnataka Learning Management System (LMS), an initiative that would benefit nearly 4.5 lakh students and 24,000 teachers to make an impact on their learning and teaching, respectively. 10 / 10The newly launched management system is implemented at an estimated cost of Rs 34.14 crore in two ways - LMS-based digital learning and establishing 2500 ICT enabled classes.
