The government's big announcement for women employees, changed the rules about pay

There have been major changes in working methods during the Corona period. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Labor has made several big announcements for women. It plans to change the way we work with pay.

The Ministry of Labor has proposed a new Labor Code in Parliament. Some things will become clearer after this law is passed. The new labor law will benefit women workers the most.

The proposal would give women the freedom to work in other fields, including mining. Not only this, in terms of salary, provision has been made to give them equal status with men.

In addition, women have been given equal pay and minimum wage by digitally depositing money in accounts linked to Aadhaar card. This will greatly benefit working women.

Women workers are allowed to work in all sectors including mining and construction. Until now, women workers were not allowed to work in areas such as mining and construction. Only male workers could work in it.

The provision of equal pay for all, as well as digital pay, will alleviate women's worries of lower wages. Apart from that, till now in the unorganized sector in the country, women workers were paid less than men. But because of the new law.

Arrangements will now be made for equal pay for male and female workers. The digital system will be used to get the salary directly to the right person. Therefore, the possibility of scam will come to an end.
