The Congress will launch a 'SpeakUp' campaign on Thursday to take the voice of poor, migrants, small businesses and the middle class to the central government.

Addressing the media, here on Wednesday, Congress spokesperson Ajay Maken said the party leaders, workers and sympathisers would run the online campaign from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Maken, accompanied by party social media head Rohan Gupta, also released the video of the campaign.

"We demand that all migrants be provided transport to reach home safely, increase employment days to 200 under MGNREGA, give Rs 10,000 immediate help to the poor and a financial package for small industries," Maken said.

Gupta said party workers and leaders would initiate the online campaign with messages through their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube accounts to help the voice of poor, migrants and small businessmen and traders reach the government.

The Congress has also asked state units to work vigorously to raise the voice for Rs 10,000 advance and Rs 7,500 a month aid for six months.
