April 22nd is celebrated as Earth Day across the globe the special day is focused on promoting cleanliness, living a healthy life and sustainable habitat for both humans and wildlife. As the world celebrates Earth Day politicans expressed their love and pledge their commitment to work towards the well-being of planet Earth.  

Leading from the front is Prime Minister Narendra Modi who urged everyone to work towards a cleaner, healthier & more prosperous planet. Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu echoed with the Prime Minister's sentiments by preserving and replenishing earth's valuable resources." Taking to Twitter, Minister of Environment Prakash Javadekar urged everyone to shut greed and  adopt a sustainable lifestyle." Let us have a look at some of their messages.
