Amaravati, Dec 16 Senior YSRCP leader and Rajya Sabha MP from Andhra Pradesh V. Vijaysai Reddy on Wednesday mocked opposition leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu for continuing to reside in the neighbouring state of Telangana.

"Chandrababu is spending time like an emigrant in the neighbouring state even as he takes salary funded by tax payers as the opposition leader," said Reddy.

He alleged that Naidu toured the world in a special aircraft when he was in power on the pretext of bringing investments to the state.

"There is no state which he didn't tour saying he will bring alternative politics," said the Rajya Sabha member.

Earlier, Reddy said Naidu was coming to AP as a tourist for two days as he took a dig at the continuous protests in Amaravati opposing the trifurcation of the capital.

Reddy alleged that Naidu is coming to shed crocodile tears in support of his proxies so that their land does not lose value in the capital region.
