The landslide win is being widely attributed to meticulous planning, sharp micro-management by husband and candidates himself from ward number 4 BJP leader Surendra Pathare.
In a move that surprised both rivals and political observers, the BJP altered its candidate selection on the final day of filing nominations, amidst the buzz of Surendra himself will contest from ward number 3 but at very last moment replaced himself with wife Aishwarya Pathare.
