Pune, Maharashtra (April 16, 2025): A Koyta gang was caught on CCTV cameras vandalising several vehicles in Pune's Kondhwa area early Wednesday morning. According to the regional media reports, the gang, armed with sharp swords, caused significant damage to 10 to 12 vehicles, including motorcycles, rickshaws, and a car.

The incident occurred in the Lakshminagar locality, where the group, carrying swords and other weapons, went on a rampage. The vehicles were badly damaged during the attack, and the entire scene was captured on CCTV footage, which later went viral on social media.

According to reports, Kondhwa police have registered a case after the incident and are currently analysing CCTV footage to identify the culprits.

This incident adds to a series of similar events involving sword-wielding gangs in the city. The latest act of vandalism in a busy area like Kondhwa has raised concerns about safety and law and order in Pune. The police are continuing their investigation into the matter.
