Pune Crime: Man Attacked With Koyta, Vehicles Vandalised After Objecting to Loud Bike Noise

A group of seven men attacked a man with sharp weapons after he asked them to stop making loud noises with their motorcycles. They also vandalized a car and three two-wheelers. The incident took place on Wednesday around 10 p.m. Police have arrested all seven accused.

What Exactly Happened?According to MIDC Bhosari police, complainant Dinesh Jalindar Saste, 30, a resident of Sastewadi, Moshi, was sitting near his uncle's washing center with friends. A group of men was revving their motorcycles loudly. When Saste and his friends objected, the accused got angry.

They later returned on five motorcycles, armed with sickles, axes, and wooden sticks. They attacked Saste, his friends, and an employee at the washing center. The group also vandalized vehicles at the scene.

Accused ArrestedThe arrested accused have been identified as Sahil Sampat Bhor, 19, of Chakan Road, Charholi, Rameshwar Sham Tekale, 20, and Rohit Eknath Ingole, 19, both from Dhundare Ali, Alandi, Abhay Subhash Kalel, 22, from Kate Colony, Charholi, Anil Prakash Rathod, 27, from Dudulgaon, Chaitanya Laxman Panchal, 20, and Shubham Nagnath Kumbhar, 20, both from Kelgaon.

Police have taken further action against the accused.
