Pune: Air India flight from Pune International Airport to Delhi got delayed on Tuesday morning due to technical issues. Passengers faced significant inconvenience and had to wait for almost five hours. The flight, which was scheduled to depart at around 7:30 AM, finally took off five hours late, at 12:30 PM. Although the delay was due to a technical fault, it caused considerable trouble for the passengers traveling to Delhi.
The Air India flight (AI 2470) was scheduled to depart from Pune to Delhi at 7:40 AM. Passengers had arrived at the airport two to two and a half hours in advance, as usual. After completing all security checks, passengers were boarded on time. However, when the flight did not depart at the scheduled time, restlessness spread among the passengers. Passengers were kept waiting inside the aircraft for about an hour.
As no concrete information was provided regarding the delay, passengers repeatedly inquired about the situation. Finally, airline officials came into the aircraft and informed the passengers that the delay was due to technical reasons and instructed them to disembark.
