Grammy award-winning singer Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau were spotted kissing on each other aboard a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara in California. Both have confirmed dating rumours after their trip's kissing photos went viral on social media, showing the two enjoying a sun bath during the winter holidays.
The sighting of couples comes shortly after reports claimed the two had distanced themselves, with sources who knew the matter told India Today that Trudeau was not comfortable with the media interference during their date in Montreal.
Images shared on social sites show Perry can be seen wearing a black binky suit while kissing his shirtless partner, Justin Trudeau. The two were also spotted hugging and kissing each other standing front part of the private yacht in California.

Trudeau and Perry were seen together in July 2025 during a dinner date in Montreal, after which Trudeau was also seen attending Katy Perry’s sold-out 'Lifetimes' tour stop in Canada. Perry recently ended her engagement with actor Orlando Bloom in June 2025 after seven years together.
Justin Trudeau, meanwhile, announced his separation from his wife Sophie Grgoire Trudeau in August 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
