In a tragic incident, a leopard and a monkey got electrocuted while the leopard was chasing the monkey.  The leopard and the monkey were found hanging from an electric transformer at an engineering college on Monday. According to a forest official, the leopard got electrocuted after he fell on the transformer while chasing the monkey. Villagers informed the authorities after they saw the dead leopard.

The past few days has seen many animals venture into the human habitat amid the coronavirus lockdown. While some animals are curiously wandering or enjoying the quiet, others are going hungry because they’ve become dependent on tourists who feed them treats. The leopard monkey case can be clearly seen one as people across the world remain indoors to slow the spread of the coronavirus, animals are taking over the empty streets.
