A Chinese crane company Henan Mining Crane Co. Ltd has drawn attention with its unusual year-end bonus distribution. The company set out $11 million (Around Rs 70 crore) in cash on a table and gave employees just 15 minutes to grab as much as they could. This unique bonus distribution repeatedly took place on January 25.

The method used by firm has caught everyone’s attention due to its unusual nature. A video of the incident was shared on popular Chinese social media platforms before going viral on other social media platforms. The footage shows employees scrambling to collect cash during the time limit. One employee reportedly collected 100,000 yuan (around Rs 12.07 lakh) in the allotted time.

Henan Mining Crane Co. Ltd's bonus scheme has sparked mixed reactions on social media.
