Mumbai, April 21 Cyient DLM Limited on Tuesday posted a net profit of Rs 22.4 crore for the quarter ended March 31 (Q4 FY26), down 27.7 per cent from Rs 31 crore reported in the same period previous financial year (Q4 FY25).

The electronic manufacturing services (EMS) firm’s revenue also fell 13.8 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 369 crore compared to Rs 428 crore in Q4 FY25, as per its regulatory filing.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) dropped 25 per cent to Rs 42.9 crore, while the EBITDA margin narrowed to 11.6 per cent from 13.4 per cent a year ago.

Despite the weak quarterly performance, the company reported a strong order book of Rs 2,416.6 crore at the end of the quarter, the highest in the past eight quarters.

The order pipeline remained healthy, with a book-to-bill ratio above one across all four quarters and a 15 per cent sequential growth in the order book.

For the full financial year FY26, the company recorded order intake of over Rs 1,843 crore, up by Rs 510.5 crore compared to the previous financial year.

It also said that both EBITDA and profit after tax (PAT) were at their highest levels in the last four quarters, while operating free cash flow stood at Rs 28.1 crore, as per its stock exchange filing.

The defence segment saw a sharp 68 per cent year-on-year decline during the quarter due to the completion of large aerospace and defence orders.

However, aerospace continued to remain the largest contributor to the company’s overall business.

On the cost front, finance expenses declined 34.4 per cent due to lower interest rates and reduced working capital borrowings.

Other income rose 54.8 per cent in the quarter, supported by favourable foreign exchange movements.

The company’s shares closed at Rs 360.20 on the BSE, rising Rs 14.65 or 4.24 per cent on Tuesday.
