Acting on a tip-off during early morning patrol duty, officers from the Central Police Station's crime detection team seized a weapon reportedly worth ₹26,000 and two bullets worth ₹1,000, along with the car valued at ₹2 lakh — bringing the total seizure to ₹2.27 lakh, informed DCP Sachin Gore.

The accused has been identified as Sachin alias Bauji Bahadur Karotiya, a resident of Barrack No. 1132, Imlipada, Forward Line, Ulhasnagar-3.
