Thane: Performing stunt on moving Pune-Mumbai mail train has costed youth his both legs. This horrific accident occurred at Thane station, when youths foot slipped during the stunt causing him yo fall onto the tracks. Footage of this disturbing incident has surfaced on social media.

Earlier, a youth fell into the Vaitarna riverbed in Palghar district of Maharashtra from a moving local train in Western line. Locals noticed and rescued him by using a fishing boat. According to information, the man identified as Udayan Wangad from Boisar was travelling in the Virar–Dahanu local train on the Western Railway.
Wangad fell directly into the Vaitarna riverbed when the train was crossing the bridge over the river between Safale and Vaitarna railway stations. The incident took place between 10 and 11 pm on Tuesday (February 10).
