A retired police officer has been booked for allegedly creating chaos inside a residential society, misbehaving with women, and assaulting residents in Kalyan west. This dramatic incident was caught on camera and is going viral since then. As per the complainant, the incident occurred at Vallabh Tower, where a woman resident was attempting to take her two-wheeler out of the parking area along with her minor child.

The accused, identified as retired police officer B. L. Pawar, allegedly parked his vehicle deliberately behind her, blocking her way. Refusing to move his vehicle despite honking, the accused stared at the woman and allegedly began verbally abusing her, escalating the situation into a violent argument.
