Anant Kumar Hegde is an Indian politician served as the former Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of India. He is the incumbent Member of Parliament for Uttara Kannada constituency. Hegde, a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, is known for his controversial remarks against Islam.
