Bashishtha Narayan Singh was an Indian politician from the Bihar state. He served as the Chairman of Zila Parishad, Begusarai from 14 November 1980 to 13 November 1988. He later became the acting president of Begusarai District Congress Committee in 1989. He was popularly known as Chairman Sahab.
