Josep Borrell Fontelles is a Spanish politician. In 2019, he also acquired Argentinian citizenship as an homage to his father. A member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party, he serves as Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of the Government of Spain since 2018.
