Francisco Tiongson Duque III is a Filipino physician and civil servant who is the incumbent Secretary of the Department of Health. He served as Chairman of the Philippine Civil Service Commission from 2010 to 2015. He previously served as Secretary of Health in the administration of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
