Norwegian Oil & Gas is an employers' organisation in Norway, organized under the national Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. Up to 2012 it was called the Norwegian Oil Industry AssociationThe current director-general is Gro Brækken. Chairman of the board is Steinar Våge.Its predecessor organisation, the Norwegian Employers Association for Operator Companies, was founded in 1981.
