Sir Henry Monck-Mason Moore GCMG KStJ was British Governor of Sierra Leone, Kenya and Ceylon.The son of Rev. Edward William Moore, he was educated at Rokeby, KCS, Wimbledon and Jesus College, Cambridge, graduating in 1909.
