Layla Michelle Moran is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Oxford West and Abingdon since 2017. She is Britain's first openly pansexual Member of Parliament and the first MP of Palestinian descent.Moran attended private schools in Brussels, Kingston in Jamaica and Roedean School in Brighton.
