Prem Prakash Chaudhary is Ex Union Minister of State for the Law and Justice and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Before that, Chaudhary was the chairperson of the Joint Parliamentary Committee on Offices of Profit and was also a member of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation and the Standing Committee on Personnel, Committee on Public Grievances, Law and Justice.
