Marcelo Luis Ebrard Casaubón is a Mexican politician who was affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution until 2015. On 1 December 2018 he was appointed Foreign Secretary by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. He has previously served as president of the United Nations Global Network on Safer Cities.
