Kolusu Parthasarathy is an Indian politician. He represents the YSRCP from Penamaluru Assembly Constituency, Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for three terms, in 2004, 2009 and 2019.
