Tomas "Tommy" de la Rama Osmeña is a Filipino politician serving as the Mayor of Cebu City since 2016. He previously served as Mayor of Cebu City thrice: first from 1987 to 1995, and again from 2001 to 2010 and lastly from 2016 to 2019.
