Vinod Kumar Yadav is 1980 batch IRSEE officer and current Chairman of the Indian Railway Board. He did his BE in electrical engineering from University of Allahabad's Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, University of Allahabad in 1980 and later, he did an MBA from Australia’s La Trobe University in 2004.
