Basangouda Ramangouda Patil Yatnal is a former Minister of State, Textiles Vijayapura in Third Vajpayee Ministry from 1 July 2002 to 8 September 2003. He was also a Minister of State, Railways from 8 September 2003 to 16 May 2004.
