Advanced CCTV surveillance project inaugurated in rural areas

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural Police inaugurated an advanced CCTV surveillance project in Khultabad, Ellora, Grishneshwar, and Kannad city to strengthen public safety and crime prevention.

The network will provide 24-hour monitoring of key roads, markets, junctions, and religious places through high-quality cameras linked directly to the police control room for quick emergency response. Officials said the project will enhance security for tourists visiting Ellora Caves and Grishneshwar Temple. Police added that the system will help monitor suspicious activities, speed up investigations, and improve the safety of women and citizens.
